Job summary:

LCRA is seeking to find an Environmental Coordinator to join our team! As part of the Environmental Permitting and Compliance team, you will lead U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permitting, Endangered Species Act compliance, and storm water permitting efforts for LCRA water supply infrastructure projects.

You qualify with:

- Six or more years of experience in assessment, interpretation, implementation or administration of environmental regulations, programs, policies or other relevant experience, including experience with preparing technical reports and communicating with regulatory agencies. 
- A degree(s) in environmental science, chemistry, wildlife biology, geology, ecological management, conservation science, business, engineering, risk management or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

Job summary:

WCM is in search of candidates with 5-7 years of experience in air quality permitting and compliance. The successful candidate will assist in the permitting efforts for new and existing facilities and play a key role in the compliance assurance for facilities covered under existing permits and air quality regulations.

The Air Quality Specialist would also assist in due diligence efforts for business development acquisition projects, maintain compliance calendars, prepare emission calculations, schedule emissions monitoring and testing, file necessary forms and reports, conduct facility audits, liaise with government officials during inspections, and assist in the preparation and implementation of corrective action plans, where necessary. Ancillary duties include advising management of pending changes in air quality regulations and their potential impact to operations.

In addition, candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills to foster and develop client and agency relationships. Qualified candidates must have excellent problem-solving skills as relates to air permitting and compliance strategies for our valued clients. To ensure successful onboarding and to foster a teamwork atmosphere with our experience professionals, this position is only offered as an in-office position.
