Chair Amanda Sugg

Amanda began her journey in the environmental industry in 2017, in customer service at GeoSearch. In 2020, Amanda joined ERIS with the merger as an Inside Sales representative. She excelled in serving a diverse client base and gained a deep knowledge of ERIS’ products, services and digital solutions. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas, in Austin.

Amanda is driven by her passion for providing exceptional customer service and is always eager to expand her knowledge base. Her commitment to client satisfaction is evident in her approach to customers, which she considers an integral part of her role.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Amanda lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband Tyler, daughter Stella, along with her two small (but big personality) pups, Chuck Norris and Madeline. When not working, she indulges her passion for local breweries and spends quality time with family and friends. She also loves to support her alma mater during UT football games in the Fall, proudly cheering for the Longhorns. Hook’ em!


Vice Chair Sarah Bibilonisambolin

Sarah Bibilonisambolin is a professional engineer passionate about developing practical
compliance solutions for environmental challenges. She has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and is licensed as a professional engineer in Texas as well as five other states. Sarah leads an environmental permitting and compliance team in Austin, Texas, with a focus on air
quality.

Lindsey Renfro

With over 20 years of experience, Lindsey Renfro has assisted clients across the nation with navigating
the complexities of environmental permitting and compliance.

Ms. Renfro’s experience includes environmental program implementation, regulatory applicability assessments, compliance auditing, permitting, planning, reporting, and regulatory liaison for numerous
industry/activity types including, but not limited to, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical,
fiberglass reinforced plastic, cultured marble, surface coating, mining, aggregate production, concrete, hot mix asphalt, midstream oil and gas, chemical terminals, wood products, and electric generating
units.

Ms. Renfro understands how EHS liabilities tie into business decisions. She also understands the importance of schedules, budgets, project management, and management of change. Possessing this knowledge has allowed Ms. Renfro to help businesses manage environmental, health, and safety (EHS) risks, deliver solutions, add business value, provide perspective, and sustain long lasting client relationships.


 
Board & Committees

Annual Elections are held at the October meeting. Contact a board member during the year if you would like to nominate someone or add your name to the ballot.

Board Member Policy:

Membership dues must be current for board member's term. Membership Payment is due end by the end of the first quarter (January 31 payment deadline).
Delinquent company will be notified that they have a 30 day period to submit membership or a replacement board member may be appointed to continue the term of the position.

Communications
Educate, advocate and help disseminate the positions and programs of the corporation through the media, selected forums and printed materials.

Membership (Houston, Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth)
Solicit new members of ICEnv and to retain existing members.
Contact members that have not yet renewed.  Initiate calls and/or emails to members encouraging them to rejoin.
Contact guests that have registered and encourage them to become members.
Make recommendations to Board for programs and other methods for obtaining new members and retaining current members.

Policy and Planning
Advise and assist the Board of Directors in carrying out the policies and programs of the corporation and shall direct and coordinate planning and preparation for the annual meeting and other general membership meetings as necessary.

Nominating
Recommend a slate of candidates for any director position that is required to be filled.

Regulatory and Legislative
Monitor and report on significant federal and state regulatory and legislative developments and serve as a liaison
between members of the corporation and federal, state and local governments and agencies.

Expand ICEnv relations and exposure to Government and other Industry and Private groups who share similar interests and issues.
